Who is responsible
Tecodia SARL, 2 Domaine de la Boissière, 78890 Garancières, France, is the data controller for the Netlume game. Contact: contact@netlume.app.
What stays on your phone
Your progress, stars, pearls, purchases history of the game and settings are saved on your device only (local storage). We have no player account and no server that holds them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Services used by the game
- Google AdMob (react-native-google-mobile-ads, Google Ireland Limited): shows ads and rewarded videos. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier, IP address and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. Ads are not shown if you bought « no ads ».
- Google User Messaging Platform (part of the AdMob SDK): shows the consent form required in the European Economic Area and the UK, and keeps your choice.
- Apple App Tracking Transparency (expo-tracking-transparency): iOS asks whether the game may track you across other companies' apps and sites. If you refuse, the game stays the same and ads are not personalised with your identifier.
- Firebase Analytics (@react-native-firebase/analytics, Google): measures which levels are played, to balance the game. It is optional, separate from advertising, and collects nothing without your consent. You can change your choice in the game's Privacy screen.
- In-app purchases (expo-iap, Apple StoreKit): purchases and their receipts are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Local storage (@react-native-async-storage/async-storage): keeps your progress and settings on your phone.
Why we use data
- Advertising: your consent (EEA) or our legitimate interest in financing a free game elsewhere, as the form or Apple's prompt lets you choose.
- Game measurement: your consent.
- Purchases: the performance of the contract with you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (in the game's Privacy screen, in the ad consent form, or in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking). Write to contact@netlume.app. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may complain to the CNIL, cnil.fr.
Children
Netlume is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If the game changes what it collects, we update this page and its date.
